Despite a spring delivering late gold and very low atmospheric humidity, our bees manage to harvest the precious nectar of many fruit trees thanks to the microclimate of the area. This gentle and delicate honey delivered spring excellence. It will embark you on a tour of through the round flavor of the three’s blossoms.
The diastase number of 26,9! It is exceptionally height and places this honey up on the list of the healthiest honey in the world.
